The Enthusem Card
Are Enthusem cards printed or emailed?
Enthusem cards are printed! That's right, old school printed mail that goes in the real mailbox, NOT the inbox.
What size is the card and are there other formats available?
The card is 4.25" x 5.5" when folded. Right now this is the only one. We haven't found a format that works better than this one! Once we have (and we've tested it to be sure) we'll probably offer that one too.
Do I print them or do you?
Our service prints and mails the cards to your recipient, so you don't have to worry about paper, ink, stamps or quality!
The Online System
How hard is it to send a card?
Once you have your content together, it only takes about 30 seconds to send a card. We made it nice and simple!
Do I have to mail a certain amount at a time?
You can mail one card a day if you want, there are no minimums or maximums. The cards you purchase will be put into your account and we'll draw down from them as you send.
What are credits vs cards?
When you purchase cards, we'll actually put an equivalent number of credits into your account. To make it easy 1 card sent to the US = 3 credits, if sent outside of the US, we'll charge you an additional credit.
Pricing/Account Support
Is there a minimum I have to purchase?
You can buy one card at a time right from our site if you want to just give it a try. If you're looking for an ongoing program your price will be much better if you purchase more up front. Then you can use your cards as you need them and we'll subtract them from your account.
How much does it cost?
We have packages that fit just about any marketing budget. The more you buy, the cheaper the cost per card. Visit our pricing page for details.
What happens if I don't use all of my cards in a month?
The credits for the monthly packages will roll over to the next month, once they're in your account they're yours until you use them (up to one year).
Do you have people that can help me out?
We'll never leave you hanging! We have a great support site where you can find answers to most of your questions but if you need anything else just give us a call! We also have marketing professionals that can deliver you a complete turnkey program.

Hundreds of thousands...millions...? Too many to count...but lots!

We're harmless! We're an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. You can call us anytime and speak directly with our Founder if you'd like!
Response Rates
I've mailed postcards, they don't work for me. Why is this different?
Traditional direct mail is lacking a true personal touch. People are smart and they know mail merge when they see it. Enthusem cards let you write real messages to each recipient, not generic database generated messages that everyone ignores.
What type of response rates do other users see?
There are so many factors when it comes to response rates: who you're reaching, how personal the cards are, etc but if you're looking for an average...when they're sent individually, about 15%.
How will I know if this will work for me?
You don't! But you won't know until you try. All marketing is a risk but the great thing about Enthusem is that you don't have to risk a lot to give it a try. The biggest risk of all though is doing no marketing.
Online Attachments
What is an online attachment?
It's kinda like an email attachment, except we virtually attach it to your printed card.
How does a recipient look at their online attachment?
We'll print a unique pickup code on each card, when they enter that code on the web, they'll see their attachment.
What can I use for an online attachment, where does it have to live?
The attachment can be just about any digital file or webpage and can live anywhere. If it's a file you can upload it to Enthusem and we'll host it for you. If it's already hosted, you can tell Enthusem the url and we'll create a redirect.
What are some popular attachments?
Videos are probably the most popular but also widely used are PDFs, virtual catalogs, product demos, articles, coupons, whitepapers, etc.
Enthusem VS Email
This takes longer than email and is more expensive, why is Enthusem a better option?
Precisely for those two reasons. Email is cheap and easy...so everyone does it. That's why there's a flood of emails in your inbox...most of which you've probably never read. To really get someone's attention you need to do something different. With all of the electronic options out there (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, email, texting) there is a huge void of personal communications in the real mailbox. Plus, everyone just loves to get personal cards in the mail...don't you?
