How are online files attached to printed cards?
This is our favorite question! Here's how it works: When you're creating your Enthusem card you have the option
to upload a file. It can be a document, a photo, or a video you want to share. Or if you like, you can enter the
address of an existing web page you'd like the recipient of your card to visit (perhaps you want to send them to
a web page that has a coupon for your company’s product). Either way, a unique "pickup code" is printed on the
inside of your card along with a brief explanation (). You don't have to attach anything if you don't want to - you can still send a beautiful card with a personal message! (But you should try it because it's way-cool). And best of all you get an email alert sent to you instantly when someone views your attachment.

Is there a FREE trial?
Sure there is! You can send your first card free. We know you should have the opportunity to check out the quality of the cards. Just create an account today - you won't be billed for the first one you send. Send it to anyone you want - even to yourself if you want to experience Enthusem from a recipient perspective. We're confident you'll come back, buy some credits for your account and send lots of them.
How quickly will my card be in the mail?
In most cases on the same day you create it online. In all cases we guarantee it will be in the mail within 24 business hours of the mailing date you choose. So, if you indicate that the card should be mailed today, it will be at the post office within 24 business hours (usually only 3-6 hours). If you schedule a card to be mailed six months from today, it will be at the post office the morning of the date you select. (Isn't that cool? You'll never forget to send that important card because you can schedule it in advance!) Think how great it is to be able to pre-schedule a series of cards to a prospective client.
Are there any ads that will appear on my card?
No, Never, Nada. Your card is your personal item because you paid for it. The only image that appears inside the card is a frame for the pickup code if you have included an attachment. A very small and discreet Enthusem logo appears on the reverse of the card signifying you have chosen a high-quality card.
What kind of paper and envelope are you using for my card?
You’re gonna be impressed. We use ultra-bright hard surface card stock with a gloss coat on the image side. Each Enthusem mailer is very classy and a pleasure to hold. When you choose an Enthusem card in an envelope it is elegant, translucent vellum that will stand out and be sure to be opened by your recipient long before they open their cable bill.
Is Enthusem environmentally sensitive?
It just makes sense these days doesn’t it? We aren’t chopping down trees to put a box of cards under your bed or unwanted cards on store racks (some of those never get picked) or mass mailing stuff. Enthusem cards are created one at a time. No waste. No muss. No fuss. And our cards have recycled content. Best of all, most people keep beautiful cards and they don’t end up in a land-fill.
Can anyone look at my attached file?
Nope. It is only accessible by the person who receives your card using the special Enthusem pickup code. Just like something you might put in a letter it is only for you and the recipient of the card. Our servers are secure and we have set it up so your stuff is not visible to prying eyes.
How long is my attached file available to be viewed?
You can leave your all your files here for free…we have big closets. Your attached file can be viewed at any time as long as the pickup code in the card is entered (and you have not deleted the file yourself). When you want to send another card to someone else but attach the same file Enthusem creates another different pickup code. Then both codes will work to view the file. You just need to maintain your account by sending one card a year so we know you still want to use Enthusem. If you haven't sent a card for a full year then reserve the right to delete your files to make room for our new friends. That's only fair don’t you think?
If my card is lost in the mail can I get a refund?
Yes. Just let us know if you think there was a problem with Post Office delivery. It is rare but it happens sometimes. We’ll give you a credit toward resending that same card to the same person. We want you to be ‘enthused’ about us.
Can I get a discount if I send a lot of cards?
Yes. Enthusem works on a system of credits that you purchase when you sign up. You can purchase a single credit or up to a thousand. The cost per credit goes down as you buy more for your account, which reduces the cost of each item mailed.
Can I get my own logo or business name on a card?
You can design a card yourself at home and upload that design. It can be anything you desire and once uploaded will appear in the “My Templates” section of the gallery automatically. You can make that design available to all the users on your account if you like or reserve it just for yourself.

Can I design a card online?
Most online design tools really fall short of what is required to make a professional and impactful design. The one singular exception is Adobe Photoshop Express. (www.photoshopexpress.com). This is a tool from the pros that invented the best image design software out there. It is easy and simple to use and any design made here can be conveniently uploaded into to your gallery at Enthusem.
Can I upload a mailing list?
Absolutely. This is one of the best features of Enthusem. We make smaller mailings easy and possible. Is your list 10 people? , 73 people? , 512 people? It doesn’t matter because Enthusem is designed to handle them all at low cost – any size - conveniently. You can create a list online at Enthusem by entering your contacts and making them into a Group that you can name. Then you can mail to that entire group with one click. You can also upload any external list that you might have, or upload all your contacts from Microsoft Outlook. Watch a demo on uploading a list.
Are the cards sent FIRST CLASS mail?
Yep. That’s us…strictly First Class. That way, the US Post Office gives priority to your card - and remember it's included in the price.
Where are the cards printed?
Right here in the USA (fancy that!). We have a dedicated network across the country using only the latest and highest quality digital printing machines from the top manufacturers. Only the best will do. We know high-quality print and we are really picky ourselves.
Can I change a card after I have written my message?
Yes. Change your message as many times as you like until you are happy. You can also change your mind about the design you picked. But remember when you complete your check-out the card is in our production system - just as if you stuck it in the mailbox on the corner, it’s on its way.
When is my credit card charged?
You credit card is charged only when you decide to buy Enthusem credits. You pick the amount of credits that you want in your account and the price you want to pay. As you send cards, the credits in your account are used. When they are gone, you are reminded to buy more as you need them.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use SSL secure servers and take this very seriously. Look for the verification logos on our home page to be assured we have passed muster with those in the know.
Can Enthusem automatically send a Thank You card out for a company?
Yes. We have skilled people who can quickly set up a custom interface for your company's website or internal marketing system... It is affordable for small and mid-size companies alike. Give us a call. We bet you’re not saying thank you enough to your web-site visitors and potential clients right now. (We bet you have somebody doing it by hand when they can get around to it - an automatic Enthusem card will fix all that).
Will Enthusem sell my email address to advertisers and send me stuff I don't want?
Never in a billion years. And we’ll leave a note for the new guys when a billion years is up. Selling your email address is nefarious and dastardly. We’re the good guys. (We do need to communicate with you about your account so you'll get stuff from us every so often).
