This Privacy Policy describes how Prospect Smarter Inc., doing business as Enthusem ("Enthusem," "we," "our," or "us"), handles personal information when you use our personalized postcard creation, ordering, mailing, and optional video-surprise services.

Information we collect

• Order and delivery information: sender and recipient names, mailing addresses, contact details, order identifiers, and details needed to produce and deliver postcards.
• Content you provide: postcard messages, uploaded photographs, uploaded videos, and text prompts used to request AI-generated artwork.
• Payment and transaction information: transaction status and payment-related identifiers provided by our payment processor. Payment card details entered into a hosted checkout are processed by the payment provider.
• Optional SMS information: the sender’s mobile number, SMS consent selection, and records associated with eligible video-surprise pickup notifications.
• Technical information: information necessary for service security, troubleshooting, and operation, which may include IP addresses, browser/device information, and server logs.

How we use information

We use information to create, review, print, address, and mail postcards; generate or process requested artwork; host and provide access to optional video surprises; process orders and payments; deliver requested transactional updates; provide customer assistance; detect misuse; and maintain and improve service security and reliability.

AI content and moderation

When you request AI-generated artwork or submit content for moderation, relevant prompts or content may be processed by third-party technology providers that help us generate images and review content for compliance with our service rules. Avoid entering sensitive information into postcard prompts or artwork unless it is necessary for your intended card.

Optional text notifications

If you voluntarily provide a mobile number and select the separate SMS consent checkbox during checkout, Enthusem may send you an automated transactional notification when a recipient opens the associated video surprise using their access code. The program is optional, is not required to complete a purchase, and is limited to up to one pickup notification per recipient. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with messaging providers as necessary to send requested service notifications and operate the messaging program. SMS consent is not consent to receive marketing messages.

When we share information

We may provide the information necessary to operate your order to service providers performing functions on our behalf, including payment processing, printing and mailing, cloud hosting and storage, content generation and moderation, and SMS delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety and rights, or in connection with an organizational transaction as permitted by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, service operations, customer support, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary by the type of record. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide optional SMS consent and still purchase a postcard. You can opt out of future text notifications by replying STOP.
