These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enthusem personalized postcard service operated by Prospect Smarter Inc., doing business as Enthusem ("Enthusem," "we," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Our service

Enthusem lets customers create personalized postcards using uploaded photographs or AI-generated artwork, add a message and recipient details, and purchase printing and mailing. Certain postcards may also include a digital video surprise that recipients can access using an access code. Features and availability may change.

Orders, prices and payment

Review your design, recipient address, and order total before completing checkout. Prices and applicable charges are displayed before payment. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. An order is not accepted for fulfillment until payment is confirmed and required checks are completed. We may contact you about an issue with an order.

Content, permissions and acceptable use

You are responsible for the photographs, videos, written messages, addresses and prompts you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and to authorize us and our service providers to process, print, mail, store and display it for your order. You grant us a limited license to use that content for providing and supporting the service.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by our content rules. We may reject or cancel content or orders that fail moderation or other checks. AI-generated results may be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing a design before ordering.

Printing, mailing and delivery

You are responsible for entering an accurate recipient name and mailing address and reviewing the final postcard proof. Printed color, placement and appearance may vary slightly from an on-screen preview. Postal transit and delivery depend on postal carriers and other factors outside our control; estimated dates are not guaranteed.

Cancellations, corrections and refunds

Because postcards are personalized and may enter production promptly after payment, cancellation or correction may not be possible once processing begins. If you notice an error or a problem with your order, contact support@enthusem.com as soon as possible. Refund or replacement requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Video surprises and access codes

If your order includes a video surprise, the recipient may access it using the provided access code. Please do not include sensitive information in a video. Anyone with the access information may be able to view it. A recipient's use of an access code indicates access to the surprise, not proof that the entire video was watched. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues or service changes.

Optional SMS postcard pickup notifications

Program: Enthusem Video Surprise Notifications, sent by Prospect Smarter Inc. DBA Enthusem. During checkout, you may optionally enter your mobile number and select a separate, unchecked checkbox to consent to automated transactional SMS notifications when a postcard recipient accesses a video surprise. SMS consent is not required to purchase. Messages are event-triggered: up to one pickup notification per recipient; the number of messages depends on how many eligible recipients access their surprises. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop future notifications, reply STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or email support@enthusem.com. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For information on SMS data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and service providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information used for postcard fulfillment, video surprises and optional SMS notifications. We may use third-party providers to operate payment, printing, mailing, hosting, content processing and messaging services.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a functioning service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Any limitations of liability or other rights are subject to applicable law.
