Why we love Zoom: Zoom gives us a personal interaction with our contacts and clients that you just can't get over the phone. We even jump on Zoom to troubleshoot support questions via screenshare. Their audio transcription service makes it easy for us to take notes for reference later on.
Outreach is a sales enablement platform that helps sales teams manage their follow up activities in an easy to use dashboard. This allows reps to reach more contacts in less time.
Why we love Outreach: We're able to scale our communications without scaling the team and trigger sequences - including Enthusem mailers - based on call outcomes.
